First Time User Enrollment
Step 1: Select Login, located in the upper right hand corner of the Northstar Bank website.
Step 2: Select Enroll.
Step 3: After reading the terms and conditions, click I Agree.
Step 4: Follow the prompts to complete the required information. You will need your Social Security Number, account number and email address. Once you have entered all your information, select Submit.
Step 5: A prompt will appear to send an email verification. Select Send Email Verification. Open the link within the email within an hour of receiving it, and be sure to open it in the same browser that you started the login process on.
Step 6: Select Login.
Step 7: You will be prompted to change your password. Your current password is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.
Step 8: Follow the prompts to change your Online Banking ID and complete the process.
