You must be enrolled in online bankingin order to use the bill pay service. To activate bill pay, select the bill pay tab in online banking and follow the prompted instructions.

eStatements

With Northstar Bank’s free eStatement service, you’ll receive your account statements faster while helping the environment by reducing paper waste.

You must be enrolled in online banking in order to receive your checking and/or savings statements electronically. If you are already enrolled, login to online banking and select the eDocuments tab. From here you will complete a simple five step activation process.

To enroll, call toll-free 866.394.STAR. The first time you access StarTel, please have your account and Social Security number or Tax ID of the primary account holder available.
